1 Overview
At 5n 5n, we take data privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how 5n 5n ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of players and visitors who use the 5n 5n platform at 5n5n.click. It also explains the rights that you – as an individual data subject – have over your personal data, and how you can exercise those rights.
This policy applies to all users of the 5n 5n platform regardless of how you access it – via web browser on desktop or mobile, or through any future app release. By registering an account or using any part of the 5n 5n platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2 Data Controller
5n 5n is the personal information controller (PIC) for data collected through the 5n 5n platform. - GCash or Maya mobile wallet number linked to your account
- Bank account details when provided for bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, etc.)

- Payment card details (partial – only the last four digits and card type are stored; full card numbers are handled by the card processor only)

7 Sharing Your Personal Information

5n 5n shares personal data with carefully selected service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instruction. These include payment processors (GCash, Maya, bank networks, card schemes), identity verification providers, fraud detection services, and IT infrastructure providers. 8 How Long We Keep Your Data
5n 5n retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. The general retention periods we follow are:
- Active account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account plus 5 years after account closure, to meet Anti-Money Laundering Act record-keeping requirements.
- Transaction records: Minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA obligations.
- KYC and identity documents: Retained for 5 years from account closure or the last transaction date, whichever is later.
- Support communications: Retained for 3 years from the date of the last communication, or until a related dispute is fully resolved.
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the period of your consent plus 3 years after withdrawal, to demonstrate compliance.
- Self-exclusion records: Retained permanently to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period, and for a minimum of 5 years after the exclusion ends.
When data is no longer required, 5n 5n securely deletes or anonymises it in accordance with our data destruction procedures.
9 How We Protect Your Information

You can request a copy of the personal information 5n 5n holds about you, including details of how it is being used and who it has been shared with.
If any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected. You can update basic profile details directly in your account settings.
In certain circumstances, you can request deletion of your personal data. Note that we may be required to retain some data for legal and regulatory reasons even after account closure.
You can object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You can also object to other processing based on legitimate interests where your personal situation warrants it.
You can request a copy of your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format so you can transfer it to another service provider where technically feasible.
If you believe 5n 5n has mishandled your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request. Requests are free of charge unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
12 Children and Minors
The 5n 5n platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. 5n 5n does not knowingly collect or process personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If we discover that a registered account belongs to a minor, we will immediately suspend the account, void any bets placed, return any deposits, and delete the associated personal data.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has registered on 5n 5n using your details or their own, please contact us immediately at support@5n5n.click so we can investigate and take action.
13 Changes to This Privacy Policy
5n 5n may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. When we make material changes – meaning changes that significantly affect your rights or how your data is used – we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the 5n 5n platform and, where we have your email address, by sending you a notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the policy was most recently revised. Continued use of the 5n 5n platform after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the updated policy, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
