5n 5n Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1 Introduction

5n 5n reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Your Account

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 5n 5n. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or IP addresses – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If 5n 5n detects duplicate accounts, all accounts involved may be suspended, outstanding balances forfeited, and any winnings voided.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with anyone, including 5n 5n staff – we will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. 5n 5n cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to maintain credential security.

All registration information provided to 5n 5n must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false details – including a fake name, date of birth, or contact number – is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Withdrawals can only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, although individual payment provider limits may apply. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by tier – VIP members have higher limits as described in Section 7.

Using 5n 5n accounts to process payments on behalf of third parties, or to move funds unrelated to gaming, is prohibited and may constitute money laundering, which 5n 5n is legally obligated to report to appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional credits offered by 5n 5n are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion. These specific terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion.

Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. Unless otherwise specified, the following default rules apply:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion.
• Only real-money bets count toward wagering requirements unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bets placed on events with odds below a minimum threshold (as stated per promotion) do not count toward wagering completion.
• Each player account is eligible for a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus via a second account constitutes bonus abuse.

5n 5n reserves the right to void bonus credits, cancel related winnings, and suspend an account if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using software to exploit bonus terms systematically, or coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotions. These Terms are clear and fair – players who engage with bonuses honestly have nothing to worry about.

6 Betting Rules

A bet is accepted on 5n 5n once the platform displays a bet confirmation and the amount is deducted from your account balance. Until a bet is confirmed, no contractual obligation exists. 5n 5n reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our reasonable discretion, including where we have reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of an event.

If 5n 5n displays odds that are clearly the result of a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction – including odds that are far outside the normal market range for a given event – 5n 5n reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. We will notify affected players and return their stakes in full. This clause applies to genuine pricing errors and is not intended to penalise players for taking value at legitimate odds.

If a sporting event is abandoned, cancelled, or significantly postponed (generally more than 24 hours from the original scheduled start time), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and betting is re-opened at 5n 5n's discretion. 5n 5n settles bets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or athletic commission. In the event of a dispute about a result, 5n 5n's decision following consultation of official sources is final. Results confirmed in error may be revised within 72 hours of settlement if 5n 5n receives official correction from the governing body.

7 VIP Club

The 5n 5n VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Participation in the VIP Club is automatic upon registration. Points are earned on qualifying real-money bets and accumulate to determine your tier: Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond. Tier status is calculated on a rolling monthly basis.

5n 5n reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, points rates, tier benefits, and the structure of the VIP Club at any time with reasonable advance notice to affected members. If a material change to the VIP Club reduces the value of your existing accrued points or current tier benefits, 5n 5n will communicate the change with at least 14 days' notice before implementation.

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another account. Points redeemed as bonus credits are subject to standard wagering requirements as described in Section 5.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on 5n 5n and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in ways not available through the standard user interface.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or betting on events where you have inside knowledge or have engaged in any activity designed to manipulate the outcome.
• Colluding with other players in card games, casino games, or any interactive game format to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 5n 5n staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Impersonating another player, 5n 5n staff member, or any third party.
• Registering or allowing a person under 18 to use your account or the platform.

9 Privacy and Data

5n 5n collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the platform, including registration data, transaction history, betting activity, device information, and communication records. This data is used to operate the platform, verify eligibility, process payments, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve our services.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 5n 5n's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 5n 5n is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.

11 Account Closure and Termination

5n 5n reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated these Terms;
• The account is being used for prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 8;
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to 5n 5n or other players;
• The account holder is a self-excluded individual or is using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 5n 5n may forfeit the account balance as a compensatory measure. Where an account is closed for regulatory reasons not attributable to the player, available balances will be returned.

12 Changes to These Terms

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of 5n 5n will first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your consumer rights in ways not permitted by the Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines) or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
